Love Thy Neigh-Purr

Cathorse

I got this via email a while ago and thought I'd finally share it today. I have meant to do that for the longest time and finally remembered. :)

Not much new really. I worked 18 hours of overtime last week and have already started this week off with two long days. Let's see how it continues. Part of the deal is that I am training three people right now and it's difficult to keep an eye on three people at the same time. Plus I really don't like training ... I am not a patient person. I can make myself seem like a patient person outwards and can act nicely about it ... but when it comes down to it I really don't like it. If I had the choice of doing a job myself or showing somebody else how to do it I'd rather do it myself because I'd know that it got done right. But I guess all this is part of being in charge and learning how to deal with people and how to "trust" people and hand over some responsibility.

Hope everybody else's week has started off nicely and all is going well. :)
